We have over 25 years experience in various sales, marketing and executive management capacities with both large publicly owned and smaller privately owned firms.  Most of this experience has been gained while selling products into more than seventy five (75) of the top 100 national retailers, many of the major distributors, and several large OEM accounts.  We have the contacts and relationships both within the buyer community and rep community to open the door into almost any major account within the marketing channels served.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent as the exclusive National, Regional, or Account Specific manufacturers sales representative, all products of the manufacturer for the markets, channels or customers based upon the pricing and marketing programs as defined by the manufacturer.
  • Develop, train and manage as required an effective sales representative network to maximize sales, profits, promote effective customer relations and product brand awareness in the marketplace within the guidelines and programs provided.
  • Responsible for day-to-day contact and follow-up with customer for all sales details.
  • Provide manufacturer with competitive sales information and feedback as to pricing, products and programs.
  • Assist manufacturer with sales budgets and forecast as required.
  • Responsible for all travel expenses except as may be mutually agreed.
  • Responsible for payment of all commissions (from the commissions paid USA Marketing Group) to any other rep firm deemed necessary to effectively accomplish our objectives.
  • Support manufacturer at national trade shows as mutually agreed.
  • Sales support of customers for training, demo and sales literature as provided by manufacturer.
